Payment Options - Cash, Credit Card, or Gift Certificate Cash Payment - A payment method that many customers often use is payment of cash by mail. You may mail US cash in the amount of your order to our address. Even though we have never had a problem with this method, we must make it completely clear that we are not responsible for lost or stolen cash. Please email us or call us with your order before you send a payment so that we can put it on hold for you. Credit Card Payment - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards. Gift Certificate - If you have a Famous Style by Stalhi gift certificate, please call us and place your order over the phone or visit us in the store. Returns & Exchanges All orders placed on the website must be returned within 15 days from the day the order is shipped. A must return by date will appear on the packing slip in all packages. We will refuse any returned merchandise that is not in its original conditions with tags attached and in original packaging. The returned garment may not show any signs of wear, tear, and may not be washed. Swimwear, underwear, and anything that says the phrase Final Sale are not returnable. If you received free shipping at the time of your purchase and you return merchandise we will deduct the $7.95 shipping fee from your return total. If you decide to exchange for a different size or item we will not deduct a shipping fee and we will ship the item to you free of charge. We allow only one exchange per order. After one exchange, the sale is final. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. We recommend that you pay for a tracking number and insurance for your returned package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. Please make sure your order number, name, and phone number are inside your return package and that the return is at our store by the date stated on your packing slip. For any return or exchanged order that is returned after the return date there will be a deduction taken from your refund. Item Availability Due to high demand of certain products we do not guarantee that all ordered items are in stock. If we sell out of an item that you ordered we will contact within 48 hours and let you know when and if the item will be back in stock.
